Making CRM more rewarding for sales, marketing, and service teams to improve and perform well is the mission of Outfield. Our registered users may choose to share their location while using Outfield in order to enhance their experience. Maintaining your trust is our top priority, so we adhere to the following principles regarding user location data:

• User location data consists of latitudes, longitudes, and timestamps. Location data collection occurs only when a user is actively using the Outfield web or mobile application and only for the purposes of providing core application functionality, including but not limited to displaying your location on your maps, your route planning, showing you nearby places, verifying onsite account activity, and geo-based analytics. Location data is not collected when the application is closed or running in the background beyond the permissions explicitly granted by the user.

• The lawful basis for processing location data is the user's explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time through device settings or application controls. Location data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on the user.

• Location data is subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect location data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their location data, as well as the right to data portability, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
